In the current semester, Christoph Groß once again supervised students from Heilbronn University in a successful IT case study on the topic: Requirements analysis and selection of a WMS/LVS solution
The IT-Matchmaker was used again as a medium for software search.
The presentation of results to an audience consisting of several fellow students from the university, Prof. Dr. Roland Pfenning, and representatives from the Dieter Schwarz Stiftung gGmbH and Schwarz IT KG (Lidl and Schwarz) received very positive feedback.
Background information: Through collaboration on the book projects “Professional Software Selection & Implementation in Logistics” and “Digitalization in Industry, Trade and Logistics” together with Prof. Dr. Roland Pfenning, holder of the Chair of Transport Economics and Logistics at Heilbronn University, it was clear to Christoph Groß that he should also make his knowledge available to students.
For several years, he has supported Prof. Pfenning with workshops as part of lectures and, more recently, with supervision of practical IT case studies. (see letter from Prof. Pfenning)
