Day 1: Morning: Arrival with my motorhome (Blog: the mobile digitalization consultant), initial discussions, company tour, joint review of documents; Afternoon: Interviews with stakeholders, further discussions, and joint analyses.
Day 2: Morning: Independent analysis and evaluation of all data and information; Afternoon: Presentation of the analysis including recommendations for action and action plan, return journey
Day X: Follow-up meeting. Review of actions and progress, further recommendations for action if necessary
Costs and added value*:
- Fixed price €2,750
- Value of the consulting based on current daily rates = €3,120 plus travel costs, expenses, overnight stays, etc.

- Arrival and return journey up to 300 km one way, overnight stay, flat-rate expenses
- Surcharge for travel between 300 and 500 km = flat rate €175
