Was your digitalization project a success?
What potentials still lie dormant in your digital transformation?
Have all potentials been realized, or has it only generated a lot of money, sweat, and frustration so far?
You surely approached your project with great enthusiasm. Perhaps you even brought in a consultant for the needs analysis and selection.
Somehow everything seems to be running, albeit with the expected initial difficulties. Now you are glad that it’s somewhat working.
Or
you are not yet entirely clear about where the quick wins or other adjustment screws are in the company that you should be working on as part of the digital transformation, because you don’t even know the added value.
When did you actually ask yourself these questions:
- What transformation goals do we have, or have they already been achieved?
- Are there still undiscovered potentials within the company?
- Has everything been extracted from the purchased solutions? Or do we need to explore new avenues here?
- Do we really have optimized processes now? Or what should they look like?
- Are we really that efficient, or even worse than before? Where do we want to go?
- Are we truly utilizing new and meaningful technologies? Which ones bring added value?
- Have we saved time and money, and how can that actually be measured?
- Where do we ultimately want to go? What are our current or new goals?
- Is it even time to start a new project? Etc.
(The questions will be individually adapted to the company)

Are you still missing a “key to success”?

If you decide to rest on your laurels, it can become quite costly in the end. Because then it means catching up, and that will be expensive.
To provide clarity on the questions above and more, we have developed this analysis. With a clearly defined investment, I will help you bring “light into the darkness” of your digitalization.
Because every company still has a lot of potential. Many are even simple and quick to implement.
Waiting and doing nothing is not an option!
