Problem: Pollutants in the air
“Fresh” air has become a rarity in our latitudes. Through so-called geo-engineering, foreign substances are increasingly introduced into the air, which can now noticeably impair our health.

My own story
2020: At around 135 kg, I was indeed a “heavyweight.” My body was highly burdened – with an arsenic level ten times the permissible limit (the source remained unclear) – and many other pollutants. I felt sluggish, suffered from back and knee problems, and could barely manage longer distances.
