Don’t just challenge employees – support them!

No company today can afford to turn a blind eye to rising sickness rates and the associated absenteeism.
The health and well-being of employees have long since become a decisive success factor.

That is why we have developed an initiative that helps companies motivate their employees to take more personal responsibility for their healthactively supported by the company itself.

Under the motto “Healthy digitalization and working,” we create awareness, promote mindfulness, and combine wellness, prevention, and digitalization into a holistic approach for more vitality in everyday work.

Initiative I: Wellness and Health in the Office and Project

Digitalization projects are particularly demanding for employees, because projects require the best people, not just those who happen to be available.

Success is impossible without significant—usually extreme—additional effort. In the process, employees are busy with tasks including:

  • Meetings (online and on-site)
  • Preparations
  • Training
  • Seminars
  • Workshops
  • Presentations
  • Creating guidelines
  • Software tests
    and so on and so forth

In a project, for example during implementation, you can assume a factor of 2 to 4 compared to the days provided by the vendors. This means that for a project with 100 days on the part of the implementer, the company must expect 200 to 400 internal days.

Where are they supposed to come from? That’s the question that usually goes unanswered here.

Distributing daily business tasks more effectively is only one solution. Temporary staff and agency workers can help to some extent, but an increased workload will remain until everything is in place and the “fruits of digitalization” can be harvested.

Employees must therefore not only be “challenged,” but also “supported.”

Some companies resort to financial bonuses. It’s nice to be able to go on vacation with them, but not if you’ve been pushed to the brink of burnout beforehand.

Initiative II: Health Promotion through Detoxification
