Dr. Klaus Stoesser works as a management consultant and interim manager for corporations and medium-sized companies. After studying and completing his doctorate in metallurgy and materials engineering, he was a project manager and trainer at a management consultancy, and later a change manager and technical managing director at a corporation. He has implemented numerous restructurings and turnaround plans in Germany, America, and the Czech Republic, as well as successful productivity improvement projects both domestically and abroad.
