Procurement of IT Services
Contract Design for Users

1st Edition, 2018 (ISBN 978-3-662-56212-3)
Authors: Erben, Meinhard, Günther, Wolf
This book describes the most common pitfalls in the procurement of IT application systems.
Using numerous examples, it clearly demonstrates, even for non-lawyers, how high subsequent costs can be avoided in advance of negotiations through appropriate contract design and the selection of a suitable provider. Tips for contractual wording complement the explanations.
