If you don’t know what you’re doing, it’s often already too late. With our implementation coaching, we stay continuously on top of your project. We ask questions the provider doesn’t expect, review the potential outcome before delivery, and—based on experience and various signals—spot where problems are likely to arise soon. This is where decades of experience from dozens of IT projects helps. Don’t assume the provider will take on this task for you. They, too, often wait until the last second—or don’t recognize the signals at all.
We review your detailed concepts, specifications and requirements documents
In most projects where the specifications or requirements document was worked on meticulously during the selection phase, these documents seem to lose relevance more and more as the project progresses. But that is exactly where the danger lies—and the provider is happy when no one checks what was originally required. Admittedly, this is often time-consuming and sometimes quite monotonous work. But the risk of a nasty surprise later increases the more you trust that it will all work out in the end.
