For every digitalization project, when purchasing software, renting (cloud), or engaging related services, it’s crucial to determine if all relevant topics and individual issues are truly covered.
\nLengthy contracts or general terms and conditions are no guarantee that all relevant issues have been considered.
\nThis is exactly where my contract checklist helps. Divided into 32 sections with a total of > 200 criteria, it helps you identify gaps in your contracts so they can be addressed.
