In the process, employees are busy with tasks including: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meetings (online and on-site)<\/li>\n<li>Preparations<\/li>\n<li>Training<\/li>\n<li>Seminars<\/li>\n<li>Workshops<\/li>\n<li>Presentations<\/li>\n<li>Creating guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Software tests<br \/>\nand so on and so forth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In a project, for example during implementation, you can assume a factor of 2 to 4 compared to the days provided by the vendors. That&#8217;s the question that usually goes unanswered here. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Distributing daily business tasks more effectively is only one solution. Temporary staff and agency workers can help to some extent, but an increased workload will remain until everything is in place and the &#8220;fruits of digitalization&#8221; can be harvested. <\/p>\n<p>Employees must therefore not only be <em><strong>&#8220;challenged,&#8221;<\/strong><\/em> but also <em><strong>&#8220;supported.&#8221;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Some companies resort to financial bonuses.
